Call for artists

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The City of South Lake Tahoe wants to install an art mural on the construction fencing at the Convention Center project at Highway 50 and Stateline in South Lake Tahoe.

This Invitation for proposal seeks a qualified artist to create an art mural with the approximate dimensions of 625 feet in length by 8 feet in height. The goal of this project is to beautify the project site before the Amgen Tour festivities begin on May 5.

Interested parties should submit their proposal in writing to the city by 5 p.m. March 25.



The proposal can be delivered or mailed to the City of South Lake Tahoe, 1901 Airport Road, Suite 107/108, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150, Attention: Tracy Franklin.  Reponses received after the deadline will not be accepted.
