Campers enjoy jeep tours

A group of campers from Camp T.L.C. recently were treated to a scenic backcountry Jeep tour to the top of Genoa Peak. by Lake Tahoe Adventures.

“We are very fortunate to be able to enjoy the backcountry around Lake Tahoe everyday and this gives us a chance to share this experience with those less fortunate,” said Ari Makinen, president of Lake Tahoe Adventures.

The young people had a great time and when asked what they thought of the tour some of the comments were “great,” “awesome” and “can we do it again next year?”
