Candy store supports cancer patients

Visit the South Lake Tahoe Cancer League SEE’s Candy Store. The store is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily until Christmas .It is located in the Raley’s “Y” shopping center, three stores from Starbucks. All profits go directly to Tahoe residents battling with cancer.

The South Lake Tahoe Cancer League is a 100-percent volunteer, non-profit organization, helping patients from Glenbrook, Nevada to the El Dorado/Placer county line by providing transportation for patients to cancer treatments. The League also provides limited financial assistance grants.
