Canine agility workshop forming locally

Provided to the Tribune"Lily," a female Papillon, participates in a canine agility class with the Lake Tahoe Humane Society. A winter class will begin this month.

Local canine agility enthusiasts are forming an introduction to agility and winter practice group. Participants will share the cost of a local indoor facility with training and coaching by a professional, nationally recognized agility expert. With a minimum of 10 participants, the 12-week session will start in January and go to early spring.

The program is open to novice as well as advanced dogs. For information, contact the Lake Tahoe Humane Society and S.P.C.A. at (530) 542-2857.
