Celebrate National Library Week

The Douglas County Public Library in Zephyr Cove will be celebrating National Library Week April 11-16.

Mrs. Piggle Wiggle will make a special appearance at 3 p.m. April 9 in honor of the event. The character was created in 1947 by Betty MacDonald to help cure bad habits in children.

Kids love her upside-down house and delicious cookies. Parents love her because she knows how to cure any bad habit. Families of all ages are welcome.

The Douglas County Public Library is located at 233 Warrior Way in Zephyr Cove. For more information call 775-588-6411, visit douglas.lib.nv.us or find us on Facebook and Twitter.
