Celebrate Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year at the library

The Douglas County Public Library in Zephyr Cove will offer Saturday Stories and Crafts at 3 p.m. Feb. 13. Children age 3 and older will listen to stories and make a craft to celebrate Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year. Younger children should be accompanied by an adult. Register by Feb. 12.
