Celebrating the lake with the Tahoe Area Sierra Club

The Tahoe Area Sierra Club invites members and the public to join the group’s annual fundraiser, a celebration of Lake Tahoe with wine, food and art, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. July 22 at the Tahoe Stonehenge House.
Guests are free to roam through the house and grounds of the famous Stonehenge House while sipping wine from Wente Vineyards and enjoying appetizers by Two Sisters Catering. The event incorporates booths from several local artists including this year’s featured artist, photographer Dirk Yuricich; ceramics by Lynn Woodward; watercolor paintings by Lois Loveless; pastels by Bonita Paulis and sculpture by Lee Pollock. The event will also include a raffle featuring a Yuricich framed photo valued at $1,250 and a silent auction .
Tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the door and are available for purchase at Aspen Hollow Nursery, the League to Save Lake Tahoe, Dirk Yuricich Photography Gallery, the South Lake Tahoe Certified Farmers’ Market and online at motherlode.sierraclub.org/tahoe.
