Golf and building permits are among the topics expected to be discussed at this morning’s meeting of the Tahoe-Douglas Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

The meeting begins at 8 a.m. at Caesars Tahoe.

The agenda includes an update on the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship, which begins the week before Fourth of July. The chamber manages the volunteer program for the week long championship.

Also up for discussion is the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency’s efforts to simplify the process of planning a project by integrating several governmental agency requirements under one roof.

Other reports will be presented on governmental and community activities and issues of interest to the business community.

For more information, contact the chamber at (775) 588-4591.
