Chase expands to offer property management

Chase International’s Reno office recently expanded to include a new property management division. The division, headed by Lois Kidder and Lisa Wallace, will focus on long-term residential and commercial property management in the Reno-Sparks and Zephyr Cove areas.

Kidder and Wallace joined the Chase International team specifically to create a property management division.

“The timing was right for everyone,” said Kidder, a Realtor and senior property manager. “One of Chase International’s primary goals is to meet all the needs of their clients. With people losing their homes and needing a place to rent and homeowners looking to avoid foreclosure, there’s a definite need for these services.”
