Chase International South Tahoe Realty has announced another addition to its company with the merger of Adele Lucas and Prudential California Realty.

Lucas, a 37-year resident of South Lake Tahoe, has operated the former franchise office since 1989.

The merger with Chase International South Tahoe Realty will bring 10 additional highly trained professional agents under the Chase umbrella.

Chase’s expansion into the South Lake Tahoe community exploded with the April 2007 acquisition of Doug Rosner’s South Tahoe Realty.

Chase International is a great company to merge with because it holds the same high standards as Prudential, Lucas said. The match is ideal for the company to continue growth, she said.

Lucas focused her career as a waterfront specialist in Tahoe Keys. She is a dominant force in the industry with her annual sales averaging between $15 million to $30 million. She is a Nevada and a California broker, and has 25 years of experience in the real estate business. She has lived in the area for 37 years.

The move is beneficial to Lucas and her staff through the affiliation of the Chase International name, global professional connections and the Chase academy which provides professional development.

Shari Chase, president and CEO of Chase International, said the merger will provide the company with additional expertise to the Lake Tahoe area.

Chase International has created a name for itself by establishing offices in areas around Lake Tahoe, such as Tahoe City, Turk, Incline, Glenbrook and Zephyr Cove over the past 21 years.

The company also has an office in London.

Lucas’ office will be moved to Highway 50 and Tahoe Keys Boulevard.
