Choices for children hosts licensing workshop
Choices for Children will host a free licensing orientation meeting from 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 8 for anyone interested in becoming a licensed family child care provider.
A career as a child care giver offers people the opportunity to work in their own home, set their own days and hours of operation and provide a much needed service for the community.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. — El Dorado County officials are suspending use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, but that will not impact the vaccination clinic being held Sunday and Monday in South Lake Tahoe.
