Chow down on crab and help the needy

Lake Tahoe Elks Lodge 2094 will conduct its 24th annual fund-raiser for disadvantaged children Friday at the Elks Lodge, 1635 Elks Club Drive. The lounge opens at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7 p.m.

This year’s all-you-can-eat dinner will include fresh Dungeness crab from Oregon, clam chowder, cole slaw and garlic bread. The event also will offer great raffle prizes.

The crab feed fund-raiser is $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Tickets are available at Chris’s Café in Meyers and Key’s Liquor. For home delivery of five tickets or more call Ken at (530) 577-3111.

The Elks are dedicated to the well-being of children. Your support to this event will help the Elks achieve one of their goals – helping disadvantaged children in South Lake Tahoe.

For more information call the Elks Lodge at (530) 577-2094.
