Citizens Alliance group meets Thursday

The Citizens Alliance meeting will meet Thursday, 6 p.m. at the Barton Memorial Hospital boardroom.

The Alliance is a group of concerned citizens who gather to discuss redevelopment and economic issues in the South Lake Tahoe area.

Thursday’s meeting will take on a number of topics for discussion and will include a number of reports, including the redevelopment public meeting held on Friday.

Other issues for discussion will be an update on redevelopment, funds for roads and public money used to pay for consultants, said John Runnels, who has organized the growing citizens group.
