City attorney receives contract extension, raise

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – City Attorney Patrick Enright received a 5 percent salary increase, a $400 per month car allowance and a one year extension of his employment agreement to May 31, 2013 this week.
The City Council approved the amendments to the Enright’s employment agreement without discussion Tuesday. The additional amendments were approved following performance evaluations of Enright by the city on May 17 and June 7, according to a city staff report.
The raise will increase Enright’s base pay to $154,077 per year. With furloughs, Enright’s actual pay will be $133,175, according to the staff report.
Enright’s administrative leave was reduced from 120 hours to 80 hours as part of the amendments.
