City Council Advance

Tom Konovaloff, of A-K & Associates, is briefing the South Lake Tahoe City Council Tuesday on the upcoming legislative package. The meeting begins at noon at Greenstone Bar and Grill, 3051 Harrison Ave.

At 2 p.m., the City Council will reconvene at City Council Chambers, 1900 Lake Tahoe Blvd., for a public hearing concerning possible changes to the STAGE bus system and routes.

Employee service awards are at 3 p.m. The City Council meets again at 4 p.m. to continue Sept. 14 discussions on the proposed Park Avenue Disposition and Development Agreement. The regular bimonthly City Council meeting begins at 6 p.m. Items discussed will include a status report on the city sign ordinance by the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, and a public hearing concerning an application to the Federal Aviation Administration for an additional passenger facility charge.
