Club Live holds food drive
ALL |
South Tahoe Middle School Club Live recently held a canned food drive. More than 2,600 cans and non-perishable food items were collected for Christmas Cheer.
During the food drive, the sixth-grade class collected more than half of the cans. The top two sixth-grade classes were Nancy Muller’s, followed by Linda Wysong’s.
The students of Trisha Seims collected the most in the seventh grade, while Kelly Dant’s class collected the most for the eighth grade.
The top classes were given an ice cream party for their efforts.
Club Live is a group of students that helps prevent alcohol and drug use among underage kids. Joining Club Live is a fun and exciting way to meet new friends and go to new places while working for a worthy cause.
