Coming in Wednesday’s Tahoe Daily Tribune

Here’s what the staff of the Tahoe Daily Tribune is working on for Wednesday:

Organizers of Opening Day Lake Tahoe plan to bring the event back this June, repeating the closure of Highway 50 through the casino corridor for a street festival. But the way traffic will be rerouted around the area will be changed this year in an effort to minimize traffic back-ups.

William Patrick “Bill” Conlon, longtime South Lake Tahoe resident, businessman and active member of the community, died suddenly March 17, 2008, while skiing at Squaw Valley Ski Resort.
