Community college online registration starts Tuesday

Christina Proctor

Online registration for fall quarter classes at Lake Tahoe Community College starts Tuesday.

Students can find their priority registration date in the fall schedule or online at under online services. If you don’t have Internet access at home, you can access WebReg at LTCC during regular campus hours from several different computer locations. Walk-in registration begins Sept. 6.

Students may register online any time after their first priority date through Sept. 19 for full quarter classes. There is no online registration after the first class meeting. After Sept. 19 students must have an enrollment permit signed by the instructor and register in person with the Admissions and Records office.

The Web site offers a real-time class schedule where students can go to find out about class openings, closures and cancellations. Students can pay online using a credit card or debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo or they can come into Admissions and Records and pay by check or cash on the same day that they register. Fall quarter classes start Sept. 19.

Financial aid is available to assist students and families in meeting the costs of a college education. If you need help paying for fees, books, or even the rent, you should apply for financial aid. Stop by the LTCC financial aid office and find out what aid you qualify for. It’s free and easy.
