Community invited to celebrate Passover Seder
The Temple Bat Yam annual Community Passover Seder, with Rabbi Evon Yakar, is scheduled 5:30-9 p.m. April 17 at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, Sand Harbor II room.
The seder is the traditional meal during which the story of the Exodus from Egypt is told using symbolism and ancient customs. Jews and non-Jews, adults and children are welcome to attend.
Reservations are required for the traditional, family-style Passover meal. Vegetarian and vegan meals are available upon request.
Cost for adults is $60 for members and $75 for non-members until April 4, and $30 for children of members ages 4-12 and $40 for non-member children. Fees go up by $10 to $15 after April 4.
