Correction: Alcohol, drugs not involved in vehicular manslaughter charge against teen

A Sept. 28 headline on Page 6 of the Tahoe Daily Tribune contained incorrect information. The headline of the story, about a teen charged with vehicular manslaughter, read: “Teen drunk-driving trial nears finish.”

The teen charged with vehicular manslaughter was ruled not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the crash. The Tahoe Daily Tribune regrets confusion this error may have caused, and sincerely apologizes to the teen and her family.
