Council looks to set its goals

Goals and objectives for 2000 are on the agenda Tuesday for the South Lake Tahoe City Council.

Councilmembers will review staff statements for goals for the next year in a special workshop scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The council will review plans from city staff groups, including airport, housing, recreation and police and fire departments. Goals for the council will also be identified.

A final action plan for 2000 will be voted on at a later council meeting.

The workshop will be held in the Cedar Room of the city’s Recreation Complex at 1180 Rufus Allen Blvd. This meeting is open to the public.
