Cyclists to discuss TRPA’s plan draft

There will be an important meeting of the Tahoe Region Advocates for Cycling (TRAC) on Tuesday at 6 p.m. on Oct. 9 at the Tallac Vista Conference Center, 1775 Sherman Way in South Lake Tahoe. There will be copies of the Lake Tahoe Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Master plan draft report (BPMP) available, the deadline for public comment is for public comment is Oct. 15. This crucial report will help forge the Master Planning document that will determine the types and location of pedestrian and bicycle facilities around the Tahoe basin for years to come. All interested parties are urged to attend. If you cannot make the meeting, look at the document at your local library or at the TRPA offices at 308 Darla Court in Round Hill Nevada..
