Daughters of Norway plan to meet

The Daughters of Norway Queen Maud Lodge No. 42 will meet at 7 p.m. Nov. 21 in the recreation room of the Comstock Mobile Village, 2601 E. College Parkway, Carson City.

Founded Oct. 20, 2001, the group presents programs to preserve Norwegian heritage; to maintain knowledge of the history, culture and language of Norway; and to build a support system and friendship within the group.

Women are invited to join the lodge who are of Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish and Icelandic heritage or have been married to one of the above. For more information call (775) 882-1681 or (775) 885-0386.
