DCSD summer school
Douglas County School District is offering summer school for secondary students beginning June 2001.
The first session will run from June 25 to July 13 and the second session will run from July 16 to August 3. Classes will be held Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
At the Lake, summer school is being offered at Whittell High School for grades seven through 12.
Credit courses will be offered in English and math. Competency Recovery Seminars will also be offered based on student need. Transportation will be available to and from both school sites. Additional courses, such as weight training, fine arts and/or occupational education courses may be offered depending on instructor availability.
