Diabetes camp fundraiser Sunday

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – RAH hair studio presents “The Royal Treatment” a fundraiser for Camp Buck, a type one diabetes camp.

For $25 Sunday any girl can be a princess for a day and have the photos to prove it. Bring a camera and bring a princess in waiting. Walk ins will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 2572 Lake Tahoe Blvd.

Proceeds will benefit Camp Buck, the premier camp program of the Nevada Diabetes Association for children and adults. This co-ed camp provides children, ages 7 to 17, a week-long summer camping experience. Camp Buck is held at a state of the art camp facility located just outside of Portola, Calif. Activities include a rope challenge course, sports court, archery range, fishing, kayaking, swimming, arts and crafts and more.
