Diego’s Umbrella performs for CVAC concert series

GARDNERVILLE – The Carson Valley Arts Council is coming off a sold out show with Big Brother & Holding Company and will continue the 2nd Friday Concert Series with Latin, gypsy, rock band Diego’s Umbrella 7 p.m. Feb. 10 in the CVIC Hall, 1606 Esmeralda Ave., Minden.

Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 the day of show

Diego’s Umbrella are San Francisco’s ambassadors of gypsy rock. The band’s entertainment style combines a mix of Eastern European tradition, pop sensibility and punk rock energy.

Tickets for the CVAC concert series may be purchased online at http://www.cvartscouncil.com, by phone, or at the door. The evening will begin with a wine reception hosted by Tahoe Ridge Winery, Marketplace, and Bistro at 6 p.m., followed by the concert at 7p.m.
