Digital Photo Institute to benefit LTUSD

Registration for the Digital Photography Institute, which will take place June 29 through July 1 in South Lake Tahoe, has been extended through June 29.

The institute is meant to be an intensive weekend that will provide on-location shooting experiences at spots including Emerald Bay, Taylor Creek, Hope Valley and Lake Tahoe. The institute will also feature speakers and photo lab practical application.

The workshop costs $300 for local residents and students, $450 for others. Attendees must be 18 or older. Proceeds will benefit Lake Tahoe Unified School District.
