Dog-training classes offered at rec center

The Lake Tahoe Humane Society and SPCA is sponsoring a series of classes designed to promote bonding, dependable good behavior, and fun activities with your dog.

Training classes take place Sundays at the South Lake Tahoe Recreation Complex. Class descriptions are available online at http://www.dogtrainingbypj.com.

The classes include Puppy Kindergarten, Adolescent and Brilliant Buddy Obedience, Dancing With Dogs, Fun Tricks, and Outdoor Adventures with “real-world” training. One class is designed just for toy dogs. Additional offerings will be introduced in the coming months.



Class size is limited to 10. Classes such as Rally O feature two instructors and are open to 18 participants. Cost is $130 for each six-week session.
