Douglas education foundation seeking Tahoe representative

The Douglas County Education Foundation is seeking a South Lake Tahoe representative to be on the board and participate in meetings.

The Education Foundation is an independent organization of parents, community members and teachers that raises money for teacher grants and sponsors the teacher of the year program.

The next meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. on April 20 at Kahle Community Center, 236 Kingsbury Grade.
