Education rally set for capital

Douglas County School District parents, students, teachers, staff and board members will rally at the Legislature April 26 at 4 p.m.

This is the second time the group is lobbying to call attention to the need for additional kindergarten through 12th-grade funding.

Anyone who has a stake in the quality of education in the state of Nevada is cordially invited and encouraged to participate in the rally.

For information, call Maggie Allen, district communications coordinator, at (775) 782-5134.
