Most recently, he served as club director of Twin Dolphin Club in Los Cabos for seven years. While there, he helped build a strong leadership team and a culture rooted in service, trust, and meaningful member relationships. Romero’s background also includes leadership roles at several distinguished clubs, and while his career began in golf, Romero is known for elevating dining, programming, and wellness offerings to enhance the overall member experience.
