A free “Experience Ice” skating class with free equipment and instruction is being offered by the South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena. “Experience Ice” is an introduction to the joy of figure or hockey skating. All school-age youth are invited to enjoy the fun and excitement of skate sports.

There are two sessions to choose from – 9:30 a.m. March 26 or 5:45 p.m. April 1. Participants should bring warm clothes, gloves and knee and elbow pads if they have them.

Skating is a great lifelong fitness activity that can be enjoyed day and night regardless of rain, wind or snow. For more information call (530) 542-6262 or come by the South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena at 1176 Rufus Allen Blvd.
