Family Ties offers helpline

Those in need of help finding resources for a loved one with any chronic illness, disability or other condition, can call the Statewide Toll-free Information/Referral Line for families with Children and Youth with Special Health Care needs at 1-866-326-8437. This resource is operated by Family TIES of Nevada, in partnership with the Nevada State Division of Public and Behavioral Health.

Callers who frequently don’t know where to go for help, can call this line from anywhere in the state at no cost to access resources in their local communities such as emergency or basic needs assistance, disability resources, specialty care, public assistance programs, health services, community services, consumer assistance, transportation options, medical equipment, respite, behavioral health services or other supportive services.
