Farmers’ Market begins May 15

Tribune

The Sierra Farmer’s Market will open for the summer at 8 a.m. May 15 at Lampe Park in Gardnerville. The market will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Wednesday through Oct. 9.

Farmers, artisans and vendors from all over Nevada and California will convene in the park setting to display their wares. There will be a huge variety of “seriously fresh produce” as well as delicious bakery items, garden art, fresh flowers and all sorts of handmade gifts. From popcorn to iced coffee delights, the choices are fantastic and seemingly endless.
