Free H1NI flu shots available at two school sites

Free H1N1 flu vaccine shots will be available at two school sites this month. On Jan 28, the El Dorado County Health Services Department is hosting a clinic from 4 to 6:30 p.m. in the Bijou Community School multi-purpose room, 3501 Spruce Ave. On Feb. 3, the clinic will be from 3 to 6 p.m. in the South Tahoe Middle School multi-purpose room, 2940 Lake Tahoe Blvd.

The health department will continue to offer a free walk-in for the shots from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through January at the Public Health Division, 1360 Johnson Blvd., South Lake Tahoe. Appointments are available Mondays and Fridays. Call (530) 573-3155 for information or to schedule an appointment.
