Free tennis lessons for kids
The city of South Lake Tahoe Parks and Recreation Department is offering tennis lessons for youths 7 to 12 beginning Aug. 14 for three weeks.
Classes include Junior Introduction to Tennis for ages 7 to 10 and Junior Intermediate Tennis for ages 9 to 12. They will be taught at South Tahoe High School on Tuesday and Thursday mornings by instructors from the Tahoe Tennis Academy.
