Fundraiser to be held for injured motorcyclist

Provided to the Tribune

A fundraiser dinner will be held Tuesday, June 19, for local business owner and South Tahoe graduate Ansel White, who was injured in a motorcycle crash on May 28.

White, the father of two young boys, is in critical condition at Renown Health in Reno, Nev. All proceeds will help offset the cost of White’s medical bills and recovery.

The dinner will take place from 5-8 p.m. at The Eagles Nest, 472 Needle Peak Road in Sateline, Nev. The restaurant is located in the upper Kingsbury area near Heavenly Mountain Resort. The fundraiser will also include a raffle and silent auction.

Tickets cost $20 for adults and $5 for children under age 12 and can be purchased in advance by calling Jamie at 530-318-6100, Val at 530-318-9882 or Sam at 530-545-2405. A limited number of tickets will be sold at the door.

Anyone who is unable to attend the fundraiser but would like to donate can make a contribution to the Ansel White Donation Account at any Wells Fargo Bank.
