Future farmers have golf tournament

The fifth annual Mason Valley Future Farmers of America Alumni Golf Tournament, in partnership with the Carson Valley FFA, has been scheduled July 13. The event will take place at the Carson Valley Golf Course, 1027 Riverview Drive, Gardnerville, Nev. Tee time is 9 a.m.

The tournament is a four-person scramble shotgun start and players pick their own team. The cost is $60 per person and includes 18 holes of golf, cart, box lunch, complimentary bottle of water and tee packet for each player. The event will include a hole-in-one car, raffles, prizes and fun.
