Get ready for soccer season with youth camp, 4 and older

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Take advantage of this week-long soccer camp right before soccer season. Douglas County Parks and Recreation is hosting a soccer camp for children (both boys and girls) ages 4 to 16 to be held at Kahle Park. The camp is taught by Steve Maltase, Whittell High School Varsity Soccer Coach and quality college and high school players. Campers will learn team concept and strategy as well as improve upon individual skills through drills and scrimmages. Lil Kicks (ages 4 to 6) will be separated from older campers. Pre-registration is required. For more information, contact the Kahle Community Center at (775) 586-7271.

Campers need to bring a sack lunch, water bottle and wear sunscreen everyday. Campers receive a camp T-shirt.
