‘Go Your Own Way’ with Fleetwood Mac tribute act at Vinyl

Mick Fleetwood, founder of British-American rock act Fleetwood Mac, has vouched for a tribute act bringing the group’s songs to the South Shore this weekend.

The song list for the Bay Area’s Fleetwood Mask includes deep cuts from Fleetwood Mac, as well as hits like “Landslide,” “Go Your Own Way” and “Dreams.”

Fleetwood Mask plays Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe’s Vinyl music venue Saturday night, Dec. 5.

“The band formed out of a mutual love and respect for Fleetwood Mac’s music and story,” according to Fleetwood Mask’s online biography. “Replicating one of rock’s most successful bands is a passion for Fleetwood Mask and each band member is committed to performing the music of Fleetwood Mac with authenticity and style. With over 25 years of professional music and theatrical experience combined, Fleetwood Mask is dedicated to providing audiences from festivals, wineries and clubs a fun and exciting Fleetwood Mac musical experience!”

The cost to enter the show is $10 at the door or free with Hard Rock’s Backstage Pass rewards club. Doors open at 9 p.m. and the show starts at 9:30 p.m.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe is located at 50 U.S. Highway 50 in Stateline.
