Grief support given on Thursday
Barton Memorial Hospital Hospice of the Lake will offer a grief support group for adults starting May 24. The group is open to any adult grieving the loss of someone close. The facilitator will be Arlene Hayward, licensed clinical social worker for Hospice of the lake.
The grief support group meetings will take place from 2 to 3:30 p.m. the second and fourth Thursday of each month at the South Lake Tahoe Senior Center, 3050 Lake Tahoe Blvd. To sign up for the group and/or receive more information call the Hospice office at (530) 542-3171.
