Halloween carnival scheduled

Celebrate the spirit of make-believe, a sense of community and have a spooktacular time all under one roof at the Halloween Carnival.

Douglas County Parks and Recreation is hosting a Halloween Carnival at Kahle Community Center on Oct. 31, from 4 to 6:30 p.m.

The free-of-charge carnival is Open to all ages. Bring a trick-or-treat bag.
