Halloween Treat Street returns tonight

Pine Cone Acre Motel will host its second Treat Street on Halloween for kids of younger ages today from 5 to 8 p.m.

Pine Cone Acre Motel, 735 Emerald Bay Road, will host the second annual Treat Street on Halloween from 5 to 8 p.m. today for kids of younger ages.

Last year more than 600 kids plus parents attended the event. There will be approximately 25 local businesses on hand giving out candy, along with a Jump-Around, pool game and South Lake Tahoe fire truck. Coffee, hot chocolate and s’mores will be provided by the Pine Cone Acre Motel.

This is a great community effort among local businesses, KRLT, and the Pine Cone Acre Motel.

It is a great demonstration of what our local small businesses can do to create community events.
