Help sought for premature baby
On March 7 Sam and Apryl Nelson of South Lake Tahoe gave birth to a 1-pound, 7-ounce baby girl they named Madison Millie Nelson. She was born nearly 15 weeks early and remains in the hospital. The medical bills and other expenses will be astronomical, so friends are asking the community to come together and help out the local family, who is in need.
Right now, Madison continues to face health challenges, but she is strong – a fighter. She has two older brothers, Ethan, who is 41Ú2 years of age, and Logan, who is 23 months.
The Nelson Fund has been established at Wells Fargo Bank in South Lake Tahoe for financial donations.
For information on cash donations or donations of baby items, call Amanda at (530) 544-1637.
