Hoppe earns master’s degree at UC Berkeley

Brooke Erin Hoppe graduated May 13 from the University of California, Berkeley, with a master’s degree in education.

She received a secondary single subject teaching credential in May 2005.

Brooke was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe. She attended Meyers Elementary and South Tahoe Middle schools and graduated from South Tahoe High School in 2003.

She received a bachelor of arts degree in May 2003 from Sonoma State University.

She is the daughter of Scott and Wilma Hoppe and sister of Megan Hoppe, all of South Lake Tahoe.

Brooke is employed as an English teacher at El Cerrito High School in El Cerrito, Calif.
