Hyatt to host wellness weekend

INCLINE VILLAGE – Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino is hosting its second annual Lake Tahoe Wellness Weekend Sept. 24-26 at the resort, 111 Country Club Drive.

Guests will receive two nights of accommodations, fitness classes, Tahoe-themed activities, food and wine, and a skincare and beauty discussion, set against a magnificent alpine backdrop.

Yoga instructor Ginger Layden-Braun will present two Vinyasa yoga classes on the shores of Lake Tahoe. Alyona Aikina, personal trainer, instructor and former competitive gymnast with the Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics Program will present Balletone and Aikina Aerobics classes.

Marilyn Jaeger of Marilyn Jaeger Skincare will present a seminar on reviving and refreshing skin.
