Improv group to perform at college

Random Acts of Improv will perform Feb. 21 at Lake Tahoe Community College.

The group is the resident improvisation company of the college’s Theatre Arts Department. Random Acts of Improv was started by Theatre Arts Department Director Susan Boulanger when she realized the level of interest in improvisation by Lake Tahoe performers and audiences alike.

“We have been doing shows regularly for over a year now,” Boulanger stated in a press release. “We have had great audience response, and the shows are a blast!”

The one-night-only performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Duke Theatre. Tickets cost $5 at the door.
