Concertgoers can pay tribute to the songs of Led Zeppelin along with Jason Bonham, the son of late Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, at the South Shore this weekend.

Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience takes the stage Saturday, Dec. 5, at MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa.

Bonham has previously described the show as “a personal trip through my life with the music of Led Zeppelin and how the music influenced me.”

“Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience is a spectacular rock concert with the iconic blues-infused rock ‘n’ roll of Led Zeppelin, stunning atmospheric video and lighting effects, which highlight the unique history that Jason Bonham shares — in commemoration of his father John Bonham — with the legendary rock n’ roll group Led Zeppelin,” according to a press release for the show. “Jason and his band’s powerful live performance of over 20 iconic Led Zeppelin classics takes concert-goers through a mesmerizing visual and aural journey as giant backdrops display iconic art, and Bonham’s own historical footage, photos and stories are set to stunning atmospheric effects.”

Bonham’s most-often played songs include Zeppelin classics “Whole Lotta Love,” “When the Levee Breaks,” “Over the Hills and Far Away,” “Rock and Roll,” “Stairway to Heaven” and “Kashmir,” according to http://www.setlist.fm.

MontBleu is located at 55 Highway 50 in Stateline.
