Join Tahoe Arts Project on a Wine Walk at Heavenly Village

Wines On The Lake and several other Heavenly Village boutiques and stores are hosting a Wine Walk to support the local non-profit organization, Tahoe Arts Project (TAP).

The event will take place at the Heavenly Village from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on May 24.

Cost is $20 and includes a TAP logoed wine glass along with a map of the Heavenly Village highlighting participating stores. Check in at the TAP table near Wines On The Lake to purchase your glass and pick up your map.

A raffle will round out the event with local merchants donating a variety of prizes. Raffle tickets are $5 and the winner does not need to be present.

All proceeds from this event will go towards artist’s fees for TAP’s 2008-2009 season. TAP’s performing arts in the schools provide over 5,000 K-12th grade students the opportunity to experience live performing artists from various cultures. By attending this event, you will be doing your part to enrich the lives of these children.

The mission of Tahoe Arts Project is to provide cultural enrichment and diversity for the community through the arts and education with particular focus on our youth. For more information on TAP or The Wine Walk, please call (530) 542-3632.

The nonprofit organization relies on the generosity of the local community to sponsor and fund the programs TAP brings to enrich the lives of local children. Donations will support the 2008 school performance programs.
