Adam Jensen

El Dorado County Judge Jerald Lasarow has ruled in favor of the City of South Lake Tahoe in an appeal over parking at the Raley’s Shopping Center near Stateline.

Gary Wyles, owner of Heavenly Village retail store Cowboys and Indians, had

previously been awarded a total of $170 in response to a claim he lost

business because of parking enforcement by High Sierra Patrol, who is contracted

by city of South Lake Tahoe.
